Download an SFTP enabled program to your desktop. Several options include WinSCP and SSH Secure File Transfer Client. Mac users can download Nifty SSH/SCP.
Click on the program you've downloaded and follow the standard installation instructions as they appear on the screen. No special installation steps are required for most SFTP programs.
Launch the program you have installed. In the 'host' field, enter the name of the website address you want to access. For example, 'www.testsite.com'.
Type in your username and password in their respective fields. Click on the launch/go button that appears next to your login options.
Wait for the SFTP program to launch the FTP server. Once you are logged in, you will see the folders for the FTP server.
Click on the files you want to download and follow the instructions for the specific SFTP program you are using. You can upload files by simply dragging them to the folder into which you want to upload.

How to Save Configuration Cisco 3750 SwitchesIn Feburary 2016 20,
In Feburary 2016 20,
Save the configuration by entering the command 'copy running-config startup-config'. This copies the configuration that the switch is currently using to run to NVRAM, or non-volatile RAM. NVRAM does not clear when the switch loses power like standard RAM does so the configuration will be used when the switch is powered up again.
Use a TFTP server to save the configuration on. A TFTP server can just be a workstation that is connected to the switch in some way. Use the command 'archive upload-sw tftp:[[//location]/directory]/image-name.tar' to save the image on the TFTP server. If you need to copy the image from the TFTP server to the switch, you would use the command 'archive download-sw /overwrite /reload tftp:[[//location]/directory]/image-name.tar'.
Save the image on an FTP server. Using an FTP server is similar to using a TFTP server. To save the image from the switch to the FTP server, use the command 'archive upload-sw ftp:[[//[username[:password]@]location]/directory]/image-name.tar'. To retrieve the image from the FTP server and download it to the switch, use the command 'archive download-sw /overwrite /reload ftp:[[//username[:password]@location]/directory]/image-name.tar'.
Saving the image to an RCP server is another way to make a backup of the switch configuration. To save the image to an RCP server you would use the command 'archive upload-sw rcp:[[[//[username@]location]/directory]/image-name.tar]'. To retrieve the setup from an RCP server, you would use the command 'archive download-sw /overwrite /reload rcp:[[[//[username@]location]/directory]/image-name.tar]'.
The method used to save the switch configuration can vary greatly. But all of these methods will allow the switch configuration to be saved so the switch can be easily reconfigured in the case of a problem that wipes out the switch configuration.

How to Change the Default Password on Your iPhoneIn Feburary 2016 12,
In Feburary 2016 12,
Launch Cydia using the icon in your iPhone's main menu. Tap the 'Search' tab and search for 'mobileterminal,' then tap the result, tap 'Install' and follow the onscreen instructions to install the MobileTerminal app.
Run Terminal to bring up a standard UNIX command prompt. If you don't know how to navigate these, don't worry; the next few steps will be all you need.
Type 'su root' and tap 'Return.' You'll be prompted for a password. The default iPhone root password is 'alpine.' Once you enter this, you'll have logged into your iPhone as root -- the most powerful, highly privileged account possible.
Type 'passwd' and tap 'Return.' You'll be prompted, twice, for a new password. Enter whatever you want. When you're done, you can close the Terminal app -- your password has been changed.

How to Set Up a TeleconferenceIn Feburary 2016 06,
In Feburary 2016 06,
Create an account with a teleconference service provider. Phone companies such AT&T have teleconferencing services but there are also a plethora of new companies on the Internet that provide the service, such as GoToMeeting and Webex (see Resources). Most of these companies fully integrate voice and web sharing or offer standard voice conferencing as an add on to the video or desktop-sharing service. Some companies even provide teleconferencing for free, such as FreeConference.com (see Resources).
Setup the conference. Usually all you have to do once you have an account is go to the website and login with your user ID and password. Once you're logged in you just need to select the date, time and length of your call. The service provider will give you a list of choices for all of the information and usually will have additional features to select, such as desktop sharing or video conferencing.
Let your conference attendees know. The service will usually provide you with all of the information you need to share, such as the phone number to call, PIN and any other general instructions. There may even be a built-in email reminder to let everyone who will attend the conference know how to connect.
Make the call. All of the callers will dial the same number if you're doing voice over a regular phone line. If you're using the Internet you will be provided with a web address to enter to share your desktop or video or voice over the Internet, if this is how your service does voice. When entering the phone number there will be a conference number and/or PIN that each person has to type in, to direct them to your conference. Video conferencing requires some kind of camera hooked up to your computer, however. Almost any webcam will work.
