Plug the hard drive into the USB port on the back of the PS2.
Plug the network cable that came with your PS2 into your network router. Most wireless routers also have ports on the back of the device for a physical cable. For exact instructions, see your router manual.
Open the FTP client you prefer to use on the computer containing the ISO file. You can also click the 'Computer' icon in the 'Start' menu to use Windows Explorer as an FTP client.
Type in the address of the PS2 in the location bar at the top of the window. If you aren't sure of the PS2's address, click the 'Menu' button on your PS2 controller, then click the 'Info' button. The following screen will display the PS2's address.
Click and drag the ISO file to the FTP window to transfer it to the PS2. After the upload completes, the ISO video will be viewable on the PS2's menu screen.
