How to Check FTP Transfer RateIn Feburary 2016 27,

In Feburary 2016 27,
If your computer uses the 32-bit version of Windows 7, download Net Speed Monitor 2.5.4.0 for Windows. (See Resources.)
If your computer instead uses the 64-bit Windows 7 version, download Net Speed Monitor 2.5.4.0 for Windows (msi, x64). (See Resources.)
Run the installation program. The license agreement will open.
Accept the agreement. Click 'Next.' Further options will open.
Click 'Next.' Click 'Install.' A dialog box will ask whether you want your task bar to display the 'NetSpeedMonitor toolbar.'
Click 'Yes.' Another dialog box will open.
Click 'Save.'
Run your FTP transfer.
Check the transfer rate from the task bar.
Bandwidth Meter
Download the Bandwidth Meter installation program. (See Resources.)
Run the program.
Click 'Next' through the options. Choose 'Install' when the final step prompts you to.
Run your FTP transfer.
Check the transfer rate from the task bar.

How to Install Webmin for WindowsIn Feburary 2016 22,

Open the ActiveState ActivePerl download page at ActiveState.com/ActivePerl in your Web browser.
Click the 'Download' link for your version of Windows on the Web page to download the installer, then double-click the downloaded ActivePerl .msi file and follow the instructions on your screen to accept the default installation options and install it.
Open the Installing on Windows page on the Webmin website at Webmin.com/Windows.html and click the 'WebminInstall.exe' file under Windows Installer on the page to download the installer.
Double-click the downloaded 'WebminInstall.exe' file to start the Webmin installer and click the 'Install' option to install Webmin on your system.
Click 'Start,' select 'All Programs,' click the 'Webmin' folder and click the 'Webmin' shortcut to open the Webmin page. You can also access Webmin by typing 'http://' and 'localhost:10000/' into a Web browser's address bar on your computer.
