Visit Craigslist and select the appropriate section for your ad. In the top right corner of your browser, click 'post.'
Enter the relevant information into the fields for post title, description, etc. Click Add/Edit Images---if this option is not available, follow the alternative method in Section 2.
Click the 'Choose File...' button and locate the image on your hard drive. Craigslist allows you to directly upload four images with one post. The website will automatically decrease the size of larger images to a maximum of 300 by 300 pixels, so it is unnecessary to upload especially large images. If you want to preserve the resolution of an image without uploading large images, use the PNG file format (available as a savable format in most image editing software applications). The Craigslist interface will always reduce the size, however, so use the alternative instructions in Section 2 if your image needs to be larger.
Click 'Continue' to see a preview of your uploaded image. If the image still looks unsuitable, click 'Edit' to try a different image or follow the alternative method in Section 2.
Off-Site Images
Visit a free image-hosting website (such as Imgur, Photobucket or Tinypic). Follow the website's instructions to upload your high-quality photo. Copy the URL listed in the Direct Link field.
Visit Craigslist in a separate browser tab or window. Select the appropriate section for your ad. In the top-right corner of your browser, click 'post.'
Enter the relevant information into the fields for post title, description, etc.
Skip a line beneath the end of your description. Enter the HTML code for images into the field and paste your image URL into the source. If you do not know the HTML image code offhand, enter the following code into the description field and paste your image URL into the indicated field (between the quotation marks):
Click 'Continue' to see a preview of your post. If the image is too large or small, return to the image hosting website and use the available resizing tools to reduce the image size. Sizes around 500 by 500 pixels should be suitable for presenting a high-quality image without overwhelming your potential client or customer.

Tap the name of your video to start watching. At the top left corner of the screen appears two arrows forming an oval.
Touch the oval repeatedly until it turns blue. Note that one of the settings has the oval turn blue with a '1' over it. You want the setting without the '1' if you want the video to repeat indefinitely. Choosing the option with the '1' means the video only repeats once.

Sage Peachtree Complete Accounting is, as of October 2010, the highest-rated accounting software on the website Top Ten Reviews. Sage Peachtree gets its lowest marks for ease of set-up, as it can be time-consuming and confusing to initially configure. However, it has a huge number of features and includes free help and technical support. The software has a section for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, billing, project costs, general ledger, fixed assets, updates and reporting. Sage Peachtree allows users to automate purchase orders and invoice customers by snail mail or by email. You can also automatically check for common accounting errors. Sage Peachtree Complete Accounting 2011 is not available for Macs, but will work with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. A demo version is available.
QuickBooks for Mac
Small business accountants using a Mac can use Intuit's QuickBooks. QuickBooks for Mac 2011 allows users to do general ledger accounting, inventory control, reporting and organization. You can put all vendor, customer and employee information in one place and easily track sales, do payroll, track bills, write checks, create invoices and purchase orders and process credit cards. QuickBooks 2011 requires the Snow Leopard operating system for OSX, but allows users to add reminders to iCal, send back-up files to Mobile Me and sync contacts with Mac's Address Book. It also allows users to put data into a file format compatible with Windows. As of 2010, QuickBooks 2011 costs $229.95 for new users and $199.95 for an upgrade.
Tryton
Tryton is an open-source application offered under the GPL-3 license. The program is written in the Python programming language and uses PostgreSQL as the engine for the database. Tryton offers a range of functions, including reporting, invoicing, sales and purchase management, inventory and analysis. The Tryton website has full documentation and users can browse the program's own development wiki or the source code repository. Users can download versions for Linux, Windows and Mac, along with set-up tools. A content delivery network is simply a way to describe a method for getting information to you over the Internet. Without a CDN, when someone requests information from you, a central server sends the information out over the Internet. If the client is geographically located in a faraway place, it can take quite some time for the information to flow through all the required Internet servers before it reaches its destination. With a CDN, instead of a single central server your information is duplicated on a number of servers located around the world. When someone requests information from you, the user is automatically directed to the server that's physically closest to him.
CDN Benefits
The largest benefit of a CDN is the reduction in time that it takes to deliver information to you. While generally it only takes a extra few hundred milliseconds to send data across the world, if your user is loading a Web page with a number of files, all those extra hundreds of milliseconds add up to a fairly long wait time. CDNs also help reduce traffic on your main servers, allowing many more people to download your information at once without causing a traffic bottleneck.
Flickr
On its face, Flickr is not a CDN. Flickr is simply a website that allows you to store, display and access image files. While many websites do use Flickr for content delivery, for instance, by having a Web page link to images stored on Flickr, the service isn't intended to be a method for reducing content access speeds. However, if your single server is getting bombarded with requests and is spending most of its time uploading images to users, using Flickr to store those images instead of your server is one option that will give you some relief similar to a CDN-based solution.
Does Flickr Use a CDN?
Since Flickr serves users around the world, you may automatically assume that it uses a CDN, but that's not necessarily true. Traceroutes -- which measure the paths and delays of packets as they travel across a network -- to the same page from around the world show that Flickr uses a CDN for most of the static imagery on the site, like the logos and company information, but not for the images. This makes sense, as duplicating a database the size of Flickr's several times would result in an enormous use of data, most of which would be useless as these images are rarely accessed from multiple physical locations.

Considerations
When uploading a place holder, it is best to make it very simple. Your hosting provider may automatically upload a place holder until you design your site.
Warning
Be sure that you finish your design quickly, as visitors may never return if they see a place holder. Some websites never advance beyond having a place holder page, so be sure to state when your site will be complete.
Types
There are two types of place holder pages. The first is a simple HTML page uploaded by the page designer. This can simply explain that the site is under design and offer a target launch date. Other place holders are uploaded by Web hosting companies. These pages can include advertisements for their services and other similar domains for sale.
Expert Insight
Having a place holder can be helpful when designing a website. However, continue the development of your website to make sure the place holder does not become your permanent homepage. If your hosting provider offers place holder templates that include advertisements for their services, it is best to overwrite this file with your own page.

Launch your FTP software (e.g. CyberDuck for Macs or Fetch for PCs.) Connect the FTP software to your GoDaddy web server using the FTP information found in your GoDaddy registration email and on your GoDaddy account page.
Double-click the IPB zip file included with the Invision Power Board software from Invision Power Services. Your operating system will automatically unpack the file and present you with a folder.
Drag the folder onto the FPT software's window to upload it to your GoDaddy web hosting server's root drive. Wait for the upload process to complete. Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, this may take several minutes.
Launch a new window in your web browser. Navigate to the IPB installation page by typing http://yoursiteaddress.com/forum/install/index.php. Replace 'yoursiteaddress.com' with the actual domain name for your website. The IPB welcome screen will appear.
Click the 'Next' button to review the IPB terms of service. Click on the check box next to 'I Agree' and click 'Next' again. Complete each form as it is presented to you. For example, enter the name of your MySQL database and password (listed in your GoDaddy account page under 'MySQL').
Click 'Start Installation'. The IPB software will automatically install itself. Close the window when complete.
