Log in to Ustream and go to your dashboard.
Press the yellow 'Go To Channel' button in the upper left-hand corner.
Press the 'Embed' button beneath your stream window. There are two HTML codes listed; the top one is for embedding the player, while the bottom one is for embedding the chat and social streams.
Press 'Copy Embed' on the right-hand side of the top HTML code. This copies the HTML code that you need to add your Ustream channel to your website.
Paste Ustream's HTML code into your site's HTML code in the desired location. The Ustream player is now added to your site.

How to Load XBMC on an XboxIn Feburary 2016 14,
In Feburary 2016 14,
Turn on the Xbox. Navigate to the 'Network' setting. Select 'FlashFTP'--which was installed on the Xbox when the operating system was modified--from the list of choices presented beneath 'Network'
Enter information about the home network and the Xbox in the appropriate text fields of the window that appears.
Enter information about the PC's username and password into the appropriate text fields of the window that appears.
Click the 'Connect' button at the bottom of the window to connect to the PC.
Click on the Xbox's 'E' drive in the window that appears on the left side of the screen. Double-click on the 'Apps' folder when it appears in the window.
Double-click on the PC's 'C' drive in the window that appears on the right side of the screen. Drag the XBMC file from the window into the 'App' folder.
Wait as a series of lines scroll up in the bottom of the window on the left side of the screen.
Wait for the lines to stop scrolling. Quit the 'FlashFTP' program. The XBMC program has been loaded on the Xbox's hard drive and can be installed at any time.
