Launch the program you have installed. In the 'host' field, enter the name of the website address you want to access. For example, 'www.testsite.com'.
Type in your username and password in their respective fields. Click on the launch/go button that appears next to your login options.
Wait for the SFTP program to launch the FTP server. Once you are logged in, you will see the folders for the FTP server.
Click on the files you want to download and follow the instructions for the specific SFTP program you are using. You can upload files by simply dragging them to the folder into which you want to upload.

How to Make an Online Radio Station for FreeIn Feburary 2016 22,

In Feburary 2016 22,
Use the software ubroadcast to broadcast online. Ubroadcast allows you to set up an online radio station for free and broadcast live. However, other users must download the ubroadcast client before they can listen to your station.
Set up a Shoutcast broadcasting server. Shoucast is a free program that also allows for online radio broadcasting. Shoutcast allows you to either broadcast directly from your own computer, or from a third-party Shoutcast host that hosts your program on its servers. It does not require special software for listeners to use.
Create a podcast using sound software such as Audacity and use a podcast hosting service such as MyPodCast to host the podcast. While not a live Internet broadcast, Podcasts have an advantage in that they can be downloaded to the PC and played back anytime, unlike a radio broadcast, which can only be heard once unless you record it.

How to Change Your Domain HostingIn Feburary 2016 17,

In Feburary 2016 17,
Research alternative Web hosting companies to find a service offering the features you need for your website at the best price.
Open an account with a new Web hosting company.
Log into your account with your current Web host.
Download all of your files from the host's server using the backup tool offered in the Web host's control panel or an FTP client application. Be sure to download all of your files. This includes any HTML files, picture files, audio files, flash files, INC files, CSS files, and so forth.
Back up your blog and Web forum database (if applicable) using a MySQL administration tool such as phpMyAdmin.
Log into your account with your new Web hosting company.
Obtain the DNS server information for the new Web hosting company. You will need this information later to update your DNS records to point to this new Web host server.
Upload all of the files for your website (downloaded in Step 4) to the new host's server.
Install the backup copy of your blog and forum database (created in Step 5) to the new host's server using their MySQL administration tool.
Log into your account with your original Web hosting company. Navigate to the Domain Name manager tool offered in the host's control panel. Edit your DNS records to reflect the server name associated with your new Web host. Submit the update. It can take up to 24 hours for the DNS records update to take effect globally. During this time your website will go off-line.
Visit your website. Check everything out to make sure all your Web pages have migrated successfully, the design elements of the site are still in tact, the website forum and blog are functioning properly, and so forth. Only after you're certain everything with your website is as it's supposed to be should you move on to the next step because you have mistakenly neglected to backup a stray file or two.
Cancel your account with your Web hosting company.

How to Install an FTP Server on an Apache Web Server in Windows XPIn Feburary 2016 12,

In Feburary 2016 12,
Download the latest release of Apache server from the official site. The link to the Apache FTP service is below:
mina.apache.org/ftpserver/downloads.html
Install the download file by double-clicking the file. Follow the prompts that asks for a location to place the installation files. This can be any local directory on the server.
Start the service in Windows as a service. If you don't set Apache as a service, it does not start when the server is reboot. This means the Apache server does not server FTP pages until it's manually started. Click the Windows \'Start\' button and select \'Run.\' Type \'cmd\' into the text box and press the \'Enter\' key.
Type \'bin\service install\' into the command prompt. This starts the FTP service in Windows so host files are served to web browsers.
