How to Publish a Blogger Blog to a WebsiteIn Feburary 2016 11,

In Feburary 2016 11,
Add a new directory to your existing website. This will be the place where Blogger sends your blog posts.
Sign in to Blogger.
Go to the Settings > Publishing page for your blog.
Select the option to publish to a Custom Domain.
Fill in the form fields asking for FTP server, Blog URL and FTP path with the information for your website. The blog URL will use the new directory name you have ready, such as www.mysite.com/blogname/. The FTP path will be exactly like the one you use for your site, except the new directory name will be included. It might look something like this: public_html/blogname/.
Decide what filename you want for the main page of the blog. A good choice is index.html.
Decide on the feed filename. If you're using Blogger's feed, this will probably be atom.xml.
Finally, give Blogger the username and FTP password for your web site.
Click Save Settings. Publish your blog to the new location on your own web site.

How to Install a WordPress Blog to an Amazon S3 CloudIn Feburary 2016 07,

In Feburary 2016 07,
Sign in to your Amazon Web Services account. If you do not have one yet, you can signup for free.
Click on 'Products' in the main navigation menu and then click the 'Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)' link. Choose a pricing plan, if desired, or proceed with the free tier. The free option is typically enough to handle a standard blog.
Enter your phone number on the verification page. Amazon will call the number and play through a recorded prompt which will ask you to enter a 4-digit PIN number displayed on the resulting page. Amazon uses this as a form of human verification to help combat fraud. When your PIN is accepted, the page will refresh to confirm your subscription. Click 'Continue,' then click 'Complete Sign-Up.'
Access your control panel by clicking on the 'Sign in to the AWS Management Console' link at the top of the Amazon Web Services page. Click the link to enter your EC2 Console Dashboard and select 'US West' from the region menu. Click on 'Launch Instance' to start up your server.
Click on the 'Microsoft AMIs' tab, enter 'Microsoft Web Platform' in the search field and hit 'Enter.' The resulting page will list the available images you can install. Select the WordPress image and follow the prompts to begin the installation. You will be asked to enter or select configuration details. It is recommended that you start with only one instance, and choose the 'small' instance type. When asked to configure your instance, leave the defaults set and continue to the next step.
Enter a name on the 'Create a Key Pair' page and click 'Create & Download Your Key Pair.' This file acts like a certificate in order to authenticate you to the S3 cloud. Store it in an easy-to-find and safe location on your computer.
Continue to the next step and click 'Create a new Security Group.' Select HTTP, HTTPS, MySQL, and RDP, and click 'Add Rule' for each. These settings allow you to administrate your server and Web space remotely, and for visitors to access your website. Continue to the next page and click 'Launch.' Click 'Close' on the confirmation page.

How to Publish a Website With Microsoft Expression WebIn Feburary 2016 03,

In Feburary 2016 03,
Launch Microsoft Expression Web. Select 'Recent Sites' or 'Open Site' from the 'Site' menu and select the website you wish to publish.
Select 'Publish Settings' from the 'Site' menu. Select 'Add' on the 'Publishing' tab.
Enter a friendly name for the publishing destination; for example, 'Production Website.' Select a connection type from the drop-down list. Most hosting providers support file transfer protocol (FTP), but some require secure shell file transfer protocol (SFTP) or file transfer protocol over secure sockets layer (FTPS). If your server supports FrontPage Server Extensions or SharePoint Services, and your website has any legacy FrontPage components such as the form handler, Microsoft recommends you select this connection type, as any other connection type will break functionality. Select 'WebDAV' if your server supports distributed authoring and versioning. Typically, you will only use 'File system' if you are connecting to a server on your network.
Click 'Browse' or enter the location as provided by your hosting provider. The 'Location' field will add the protocol it expects for each connection type. For example, for FTP, location is 'ftp://,' but for FrontPage Server Extensions, it is 'http://.' Enter a directory if needed.
Enter your user name and password provided by your hosting provider or network administrator in the 'Credentials' section. This section disappears for the 'File System' connection type.
Change the information in the 'Settings' section only if advised by your hosting company. Click 'Add.' You may optionally check 'Include subsites' if you have created them and 'Optimize HTML during publishing.' By default, 'Log changes during publishing' is selected. Click 'OK.'
Publish Website
Select 'Publishing' at the bottom of the 'Site View' tab. Select 'Connect to the current publishing destination.' Enter your credentials, if prompted, as some computers do not store this information for security reasons. Expression Web displays the local copy of your website on the left and the remote destination on the right.
Select 'Publish All Files to 'Production Website'' from the 'Site' menu. Expression Web will publish all files from the local website to the remote destination. You may watch the progress in the 'Publishing Status' panel, which displays queued, failed and completed files, as well as the log. Review the log file for any messages when publishing has completed.
Select 'Publish Changed Files to 'Production Website'' from the 'Site' menu for all future publishing. Expression Web will compare the local and remote websites and only publish files that have different modified dates. This will speed up publishing if you have a large site with many files. You can also publish individual files by selecting 'Publish Current File to 'Production Website'' from the 'Site' menu when the file is open in the design window.
