Hosting the World Cup costs the host country an enormous amount of money. For the 2010 tournament, the initial projections for costs were far too low. According to Professor Richard Tomlinson of the University of Melbourne, as of June 2010, costs had spiraled out of control, and South Africa had spent approximately US$4 billion on preparations for the event. Although there are economic benefits to hosting the tournament, Tomlinson called them 'vastly overstated.'
Inflation
One of the main concerns among nations hosting the tournament, especially poor nations, is that the influx of well-heeled foreigners will drive up the costs of basic goods. According to FIFA, soccer's main ruling body and the main group responsible for organizing the World Cup, of the perceived potential disadvantages of hosting the 2010 FIFA World Cup, inflation was the biggest concern for South Africans polled about the drawbacks of hosting the games, with 70% believing it would increase the prices of consumer goods.
Infrastructural Damage
One of the other drawbacks of hosting a World Cup is the wear and tear done to a country's infrastructure and services during the event. While South Africa spent billions of dollars upgrading its infrastructure to accommodate the event, significant pressure was put on it by the more than a million tourists who made use of its facilities during the monthlong tournament.
Crime
According to the Human Sciences Research Council, one on the main fears of South Africans was the World Cup would increase the crime rate. Approximately one-quarter of respondents in a series of polls stated they believed crime would increase, presumably because of the arrival of thousands wealthy tourists.
Diversion of Resources
Another disadvantage of hosting the World Cup can be a country's diversion of resources to managing the game. In an effort to make sure the games are given proper security and visitors provided proper accommodations, a country, particularly a poor one such as South Africa, might temporarily siphon off some of the services normally provided to its residents.

Sun Sign Vs. Rising SignIn Feburary 2016 21,
In Feburary 2016 21,
The sun sign is based on the Earth's movement around the sun. The sign is calculated by the month and day of birth. For instance, people born between Aug. 22 and Sept. 21 are considered Virgos, while those born between May 20 and June 21 are Gemini.
Sun Sign Traits
According to Moon Cats Astrology, the sun sign is sometimes called the 'conscious self.' The sun sign traits are most obvious after getting to know someone and the sign represents the behavior we are most comfortable with.
The Rising Sign
The rising sign, also known as the ascendant, is the sign that was rising on the eastern horizon at the time you were born. It is located on the first cusp of your birth chart. To calculate the rising sign, you will need to know the exact time and geographic location of your birth since the ascendant changes every two hours.
Rising Sign Traits
Most astrologers agree that the rising sign represents the persona that you present to the outside world. At times, your rising sign may act as a mask in order to hide some characteristic of your inner self that you may be reluctant to reveal.
Esoteric Meanings
Some esoteric (or soul-centered) astrologers---unlike traditional astrologers---believe that the rising sign may be more important than the sun sign. These astrologers believe the rising sign represents a person's truest aspirations.

How to Use the SUM Function in MySQLIn Feburary 2016 19,
In Feburary 2016 19,
Use the SUM aggregate function. SUM will add all of the selected columns together.
Notice how, in this example, you'll sum all of the negative balances to calculate the total amount owed to you by your customers. The result returns in a column called SUM(balance). Example:
SELECT SUM(balance) FROM customers WHERE balance
Use the AVG Function in MySQL
Use the AVG aggregate function. This aggregate is similar to SUM. However, instead of adding the columns, it adds them and then divides by the total number of columns, giving you an average of the column values.
Use AVG in much the same way SUM is used. Here, the example calculates the average amount of money owed by customers. Results return in a column called AVG(balance). Example:
SELECT AVG(balance) FROM customers WHERE balance
Use the COUNT Function in MySQL
Use the COUNT aggregate function. This function is slightly different than SUM or AVG. It returns the number of rows returned, which can be useful in a number of situations--for example, to see the number of customers who owe money.
See how this example counts the customers who owe money and returns the result in a column called COUNT(
). Example:
SELECT COUNT(
) FROM customers WHERE balance
Use the DISTINCT COUNT Function in MySQL
Use the DISTINCT COUNT aggregate function. The function can be used to return the number of distinct rows, meaning those rows with differing values. Theoretically, you might have a lot of customers with the same phone number. To get the number of households your customers live in, you can use this type of query.
Use the following example to return the number of customers with distinct phone numbers. Customers with the same phone number will not be counted. The results are returned in a column called COUNT(DISTINCT ph_number). Example:
SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT ph_number) FROM customers;

How to Find a WordPress Page on My ServerIn Feburary 2016 14,
In Feburary 2016 14,
Open your server explorer or FTP program so you can see a view of the entries on your server. This requires an active FTP account with your server company, with a correct log-in name and password. You need to be able to see all of the files currently hosted on your server.
Look for WordPress files in the root directory for your domain. If you are hosting a WordPress site, your WordPress package will be installed on your server in the root directory for that site. For example, if your website is called MyBlog.com, look for WordPress files under the directory for 'MyBlog.' Most of the WordPress files within that directory will be identifiable because they are named with the preface 'wp-' such as 'wp-content,' 'wp-admin,' or 'wp-includes.'
Search for WordPress files in other subfolders. If you are hosting a WordPress page, but within a non-WordPress website, look for these 'wp-' files in other sub-folders on the server. They are usually found in a trio, 'wp-content,' 'wp-admin,' and 'wp-includes,' plus approximately 30 files that make up the root of WordPress. For example, if you have a special blogger's page within your MySite.com website, look under the server directory for 'MySite/blogpagename' for WordPress files.
Conduct a search for PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) files, as many WordPress files are PHP files. Open your FTP program's search box and type in '*.PHP' and the search function will locate all PHP files on your server. Note where these PHP files are located, especially in large numbers. You can usually back track and find the remaining WordPress files associated with these PHP files by following these clues.
Run a search on a specific file you remember creating for your WordPress site, such as a unique name for a graphics or picture file. If you can recall uploading a photograph named 'angrycat.jpg,' for example, search for that term, 'angrycat.' Invariably, the picture file will be nestled inside a WordPress image file, which may in turn be found within the Wp-Content folder, and so forth.
Reinstall WordPress. If all else fails and you can neither find a missing WordPress file, nor get your WordPress site to function correctly, reload a fresh copy of WordPress to the proper directory on your server. You can simply discard any duplicate files found by your FTP upload program so you do not need to delete any files currently in the directory folder. Your WordPress 'engine' will be properly installed in the correct location again.
