Locate the directory on your computer in which the LiveZilla installation files are present.
Find 'carrier_logo.gif,' right-click on the file, then click on your graphics software package. Edit the logo to reflect the footer branding you want to display. Press 'Ctrl' and 'S' on your keyboard to save the file. Exit the graphics program.
Go to the root installation directory, double-click on 'live_chat,' double-click on 'templates,' then double-click on 'frames.' You should now see the files present in the 'frames' directory.
Right-click on 'lz_chat_frame.4.1.tpl,' click on 'Open With,' then click on 'Notepad.' This will open the template file in Windows Notepad.
Press 'Ctrl' and 'F' on your keyboard, insert '
' into the search field, then press 'Enter' on your keyboard. Delete '
' from the file, then press 'Ctrl' and 'S' on your keyboard to save the file. Exit Notepad.
Launch your FTP program, log into the Web server with your username and password, upload 'carrier_logo.gif' and 'lz_chat_frame.4.1.tpl' to the relevant directories. Confirm that you want to replace the original files. Wait for the upload process to complete.

Click 'Finder' on your Macintosh's desktop or 'Windows Explorer' on your PC's taskbar, and double-click the DropBox folder to view the main folder.
Double-click the folder you wish to open, and click 'File' at the top of your computer's menu. Click 'New Folder' to create a new folder within the currently opened folder.
Create a name for the sub-folder, and press 'Enter' on your keyboard to save the folder's name. Drag and drop items from your computer or DropBox account to the newly created folder. Users who have access to the shared folder will see the new folder upon logging in to DropBox from their account.

Log in to your DropBox account through the site's main page (see Resources).
Click the 'Files' tab at the top of the browser window, and double-click the folder you want to configure.
Click 'New Folder' and enter the folder's name in the text field. Click 'Create' to save the folder. Click and drag files to the new folder to automatically add them to the subfolder.

Open up your Microsoft Word and click on the 'Tools' menu. Choose 'Customize' from the drop-down list. This will open the Customize window.
Select 'Options' from the top tabs and hit the 'Keyboard' button on the bottom of the window.
Scroll through the Categories list until you come to 'All Commands' and highlight it. Move over to the Commands list and select 'Overtype'.
Click on the word 'Insert' under the Current keys box and select 'Normal' in the 'Save Changes In' box. Hit the 'Remove' button on the bottom of the window.
Choose the 'Close' button on the Customize Keyboard and the Customize windows. Your have now disabled the Insert key from your computer.

How to Access FTP Client Hosting in GoDaddyIn Feburary 2016 06,

Open your Internet Explorer browser.
Type your domain name into the browser's address bar, using the following format: “ftp://www.yourdomainname.com.”
Press “Enter” on your keyboard.
Enter your GoDaddy FTP username and password. Click “Login.” If you don't remember your FTP username and password, log into the GoDaddy Account Manager portal and reset it (see Resources).
Third-Party Programs
Open an FTP client on your computer. If you don't have an FTP program on your computer, download and install a free FTP program, such as AceFTP, FileZilla, CuteFTP or CoffeeCup.
Enter your domain name into the “Host Name” field (www.yourdomain.com).
Enter your FTP username and password in the designated boxes. Click “Login.” You may be asked to enter an “FTP Connection Port.” If so, enter “21” for the port number.
Click on the files for uploading and drag them to the FTP server side of the screen.
